Q. I would like to display artwork at home.
A. Good idea! We’d love to help. However, depending on the location of the artwork, there might be cases where our hands are tied too. Let’s find out together!

Q. Can you help me organize the antiques that my deceased family member left?
A. Yes. We provide warehouse and storage organization service upon consultation.
Authentication service can be provided separately.

Q. Can you move furniture, not artworks, for me?
A. Yes. Please contact us for details.

Q. How long does it take from the time of request to the time of actual work?
A. It depends on the content of the service, but the shortest time is about one week.

Q. Can you work early in the morning or late at night?
A. Yes, upon request.

Q. What is the payment date and method of payment?
A. For individual customers, please pay in cash after the service is provided.
 Corporate customers should pay as agreed upon in advance.

Q. Is there a cancellation fee?
A. Yes. A cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price from 7 business days to 2 business days prior to the designated work date.
  100% of the quoted price will be charged one business day prior to the designated work date.
  To cancel a service, please contact us by phone during our business hours.
We are available from 11:00 to 18:00 except Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
